It&#039;s function: to provide WSIS participants with a place to continue their discussions and for nations, NGOs and civil society representatives worldwide.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;2&quot;&gt;But pretty soon people involved in the IGF started feeling the need for having those discussions at a local level too.
